We just can’t stay away from this wine festival. Each year the event features a different region, so each year there is a slightly different experience.

What made this year even more special was that two good friends of ours joined us in the festivities. It was their first time in Canada - and to a wine festival - which really heightened the experience for us.

Despite the focus on Italian wine, we always try a few Canadian wines each trip. The standout this year was a Cabernet Franc from Blasted Church in the Okanagan Valley.
