Crowdsource Your Logo Design with Crowdspring

by Paul Legan on October 10, 2008

It is becoming ridiculously easy to outsource or delegate responsibilities in your startup or small business.  I  recently turned to Crowdspring to provide design help on an upcoming project.  Basically, the site works like this:

  1. Create a project on Crowdspring and set a reward price.
  2. Designers submit concepts that you can critique, and eventually you select a “winner”.
  3. If you don’t get at least 25 submissions to your project, Crowdspring will refund the 15% they take for listing your project.

Not only was I blown away by the quality of the submitted work, but now I’m much more likely to outsource that portion of a project in the future considering I cut my design budget in half.
